Secure Server Reservation

Our policy is totally dedicated to the customer's satisfaction.

We accept VISA ,MASTERCARD , AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER credit cards .We try to develop our process to make reservations as easy as possible , WE DON'T NEED TO CHARGE YOU THE FULL COST OF YOUR STAY BEFORE ARRIVAL, If you wish to confirm a reservation for a room only, then we would need you to pay the first night only. If you wish to reserve 4 nights or more then we need an advance payment of half of the total cost of all the nights . Moreover we only need 50% of the total cost in advance to book you any Cusco and Peru package tour 

How to make a reservation:

1. Ask for the availability of the room or of the services that you would like to reserve , by  sending an E-Mail to orquidea@orquidea.net , we will answer you in 48 hours.
2. Once we have confirmed  the availability to you , fill in the secure reservation form below. Your reservation-payment will be encrypted and sent via INTERNETSECURE secure server for your security .Please note that InternetSecure. DO NOT send us your credit card information , it go directly to your bank.

3. Once we receive notice of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your reservation and receipt of payment including the bank authorization number .

Modifications (booking changes)

Modifications are allowed up until 30 WORKING days prior to arrival , after which we reserve the right to accept the modification required or not , according to the availability of rooms and services.

Cancellations

Notice of cancellation is required at least 30 WORKING days prior to arrival. From the 29th WORKING day to the 16th, we will reserve the right to retain half of the deposit. We will be unable to make any refund from 15 WORKING days, or less, days prior to arrival.
Please note that we will retain $15 from any money refund due to administrative costs

Airline or Train tickets refund are subject to the services provider refund policy
